Evander Properties specialises in the development, development management and asset management of logistics and industrial property throughout the UK. We invest both on balance sheet and as joint venture partners with landowners, property investors and financial institutions, and act as service providers to relationship landowners, operators and capital partners.
Jeremy Greenland
Jeremy has 30 years of experience as a commercial property professional. His primary focus has been dealmaking in the logistics and industrial development sector alongside specialisms in business management, asset management and commercial property capital and finance.
He is the former CEO of PLP and led the growth of the business from its operational startup in 2016 to 2024, by which point PLP’s AUM had grown to c£1.3bn. Prior to PLP, Jeremy founded logistics developer Evander Properties in 2007. Evander developed c5m sq ft of Grade A logistics space between 2007-2016 with several capital partners.
Evander Properties was reformed in 2025 after Jeremy’s departure from day to day operations at PLP.
Earlier in his career Jeremy worked for other market leading development and asset management specialists, holding positions as Managing Director (South) at Astral Developments and Vice President at Prologis.
