Jeremy Greenland

Jeremy has 30 years of experience as a commercial property professional. His primary focus has been dealmaking in the logistics and industrial development sector alongside specialisms in business management, asset management and commercial property capital and finance.

He is the former CEO of PLP and led the growth of the business from its operational startup in 2016 to 2024, by which point PLP’s AUM had grown to c£1.3bn. Jeremy remains part owner of PLP and sits on the Board and Sub-Committees as a non-exec Director.

Prior to PLP, Jeremy founded logistics developer Evander Properties in 2007. Evander developed c5m sq ft of Grade A logistics space between 2007-2016 with several capital partners.

Earlier in his career Jeremy worked for other market leading development and asset management specialists, holding positions as Managing Director (South) at Astral Developments and Vice President at Prologis.

Neil Dickinson

Neil joined PLP as Chief Investment Officer in 2016 after the merger of PLP and Evander Properties. Neil was appointed as Development Director at Evander Properties in 2008 and was instrumental in its successful development of over 4.7 million sq ft of logistics space with a gross development value in excess of £360 million. With over 23 years’ experience in the UK logistics and industrial sector, Neil is an industry leader in bringing forward logistics and industrial development projects from site selection and acquisition, through to planning submission and negotiation, construction and leasing.

Prior to Neil’s roles at PLP and Evander Properties, he held positions at ProLogis and Shepherd Developments.

Neil is a Chartered Surveyor, having qualified at Strutt and Parker in 1996.

George Dickens

George’s career began at Kier Property in 2005 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. During his time at Kier he worked on their ‘Trade City’ developments throughout the South East of England. This involved appraising, acquiring, securing planning, constructing and the sales and leasing of the industrial property.

After Kier George joined Invista Real Estate Investment Management where he was responsible for the Asset Management of their Industrial and Distribution portfolio along the M1 corridor totalling 45 sites with a value of £250m. George joined Evander in June 2011.
